Compote de pommes épicée/ Spicy apple compote

French :

Éplucher et couper les pommes en morceaux, les mettre à cuire avec l’eau. Ajouter le sucre, laisser cuire à feu moyen à couvert, quand les pommes sont ramollies, retirer le couvercle, ajouter les épices, laisser l’eau s’évaporer jusqu’à obtenir la texture souhaitée, propre à chacun !
